As the name defines “PCI” “PREMIER CORE INDUSTRIES” “PRACTICING CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT”
We strictly follow the policies and adhere to the definition of Lean Six Sigma which states “Lean Six Sigma is a method that relies on a collaborative team effort to improve performance by systematically and continuously removing waste and reducing variation.” Thus, seeking continuous improvement.
Having achieved the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification we work on reducing our manufacturing waste by using most of our balance CRGO which is obtained after the cutting process.
This left-over CRGO wastage is used to process CRGO strip laminations ranging from 2KVA to 10KVA.
Thus, making sure 90% of our inventory is used up and optimising our manufacturing efficiency and capacity to the fullest.
